Making a Classic

We start with the bare metal and work our way out to a real “classic” car! On these pages, we will document the transformation of a few of the many oldies that we have completely rebuilt for our discriminating clients. This site will also show some of the classics that we maintain for their owners, even if we didn’t perform the initial rebuild.

Let us put YOURS on the road!

Here are a few shots of our “down to the metal” work. You won’t find fiberglass filler on our classics! When necessary, we weld in new metal and rebuild completely. These shots show the gradual progression. More pictures of final wet-sanding and priming will be added later.

Any rusted or pitted sheet metal is welded and ground smooth. Many careful steps are required! Later shots will show final smoothing and priming.
